No Questions Asked Returns
You can return your order to us if you are not satisfied with the quality or if you have selected the wrong product to install for a customer. We will refund the full amount and arrange return shipping at our cost, giving you complete piece of mind when you place an order through L&H Express.
Returning orders is easy and we won’t hassle you with a million questions. In fact you don’t even need to speak with us; you can complete our online return form and let our customer service team sort out the rest. In most cases, returns will be collected 24 to 48 hours after submitting the returns form. If you need any further clarification, please just call our friendly customer service team and they will be more than happy to look after you.
All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and packed in a suitable outer carton.
We make returning products easy!
You can return your purchase for up to 90 days from the purchase date.
All products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
We will arrange return shipping from your delivery address at our expense.
Once we have received and processed your return in our warehouse, a return credit for the full amount will be applied to either your credit card or Auslec/L&H credit account depending on how you made payment for that order.
What do I need to do when returning product?
1. Put the return items in your original carton or cardboard shipping box. Make sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels and seal your box completely. Please ensure all products are in same condition as you received them.
2. Write 'Return to L&H Express' on the Shipping Box.
3. Complete the online returns form or call our friendly customer service team on 1300 376 655 between 9am – 5pm EST.
Tell us what you're returning and our customer service team will make sure your product will return to our warehouse. Please allow 5-7 business days for the goods to arrive in our warehouse and be processed.
