Warranty

All products sold through L&H Express are backed by manufacturer’s warranties. The terms & conditions of warranty will vary depending on the manufacturer of the product sold.

Any warranty claim will need to be approved by the manufacturer.

Warranty will only be valid with a proof of purchase, ie. copy of invoice, and the faulty products returned to L&H Express for assessment.

Product must not have been modified or changed in any way and must have been installed by a licensed electrician or similarly qualified person.

Warranty is only valid for products installed according to the manufacturer's instructions by an electrician with a current Australian Electrical licence.

L&H Express does not accept liability for any direct or consequential damage, loss or other expense arising from misuse or incorrect installation and operation of these products.

Warranty will be given on proof of purchase date (e.g. original invoice) and the faulty products returned to L&H Express for assessment.

L&H Express is under no liability whatsoever if purchased products are not suitable for the required . This is the responsibility of the installer.

L&H Express will not supply products that would risk your credibility and reputation amongst your customers by supplying your products that will not do the job right the first time.
